VIP Lounges in Airports

An important field of activity of the VipSky Company is organization a VIP Service at airports.

The VIP lounge in general is a separate spacious room where in which there are all necessary instances for passing of formalities like separate points of boundary and customs control, check-in desks, points of registration and packing of baggage, security system. Also separate rooms for waiting for flights, bars, and a zone of duty-free trade are located here. VIP lounges provide high level of individual service.

There are all conditions for rest and business negotiations in VIP lounges. The passenger can hold a meeting with heads of the companies, partners in business, friends or just to spend time waiting for flight in a pleasant conditions and with comfort.

We offer for our clients service in VIP lounges and lounges of special service at the airports of Moscow, namely Sheremetyevo, Domodedovo, Vnukovo, in VIP lounges at all airports of Russian Federation, and also at all international airports of other countries worldwide.

The complex organization measures  for our client's service in VIP lounges and lounges of special service includes:

• Booking VIP lounges at any airports of Russian Federation, CIS and the whole world
• Granting the personal assistant rendering the necessary help and consultation at passing of all formalities, connected with flight, border passing, receiving baggage;
• Granting the meeting rooms located in a VIP lounge;
• Individual accompaniment for passengers from a VIP lounge to an aircraft, including transportation on special transport;
• Round-the-clock support, including days off and holidays (possibility of round-the-clock ordering a VIP lounge, and also possibility of urgent order VIP lounge for the minimum time before flight);
• Individual care about each client and a guarantee of full confidentiality.

In case of the ordering of a VIP lounge or a lounge of special service at any of the Moscow airports our clients get a personal assistant whose functions are as follows:

Departure: meeting passengers near the car or near an entrance in a VIP lounge, check-in on the flight, help with registration and packing of baggage (including baggage overweight), help and consultation with the filling of customs declarations, registration of animals (including passing of veterinary control), consultation about any other questions and settlement of all disputes.

If passengers are getting late on check-in the personal assistant will take all possible measures for extension of time of check-in.

Arrival: meeting passengers in a VIP lounge, help and consultation with the filling customs declarations and other documents, control of delivery and getting baggage by passengers (in case of baggage loss a personal assistant helps to search it), consultation about any other questions and settlement of all disputes.

Taking-off passengers arrive to a VIP lounge or a lounge of special service where they are met by the personal assistant and assistant helps them to check-in on flight. During a departure time passengers have a rest in a pleasant conditions in a comfortable halls. Boarding begins approximately 30 minutes before a departure. Passengers accompanied by agents of a lounge pass to the plane.

Meeting passengers arriving in a VIP lounge, is carried out near a plane by agents of lounge with plates “VIP”, and passengers of a lounge of special service are met near a plane with nameplates. People who are meeting passengers have possibility to pass to a plane together with the agents of a lounge (if it is agreed by airport Security service). A personal assistant meets passengers in a lounge and helps to receive baggage and also solves all questions.

Terminal E

In the Terminal E the arrival and departure VIP lounges are situated in the left part of the terminal building on the 3th and the 4th floors.
There is a TV and a children's game zone in spacious and comfortable interiors of lounges. In lounges the various sorts of drinks and bar snack, an extensive choice of press are presented.
VIP lounges work round-the-clock and correspond to international standards of quality of passenger’s service.

Terminal D

In the Terminal D there are two VIP lounges – for international and for domestic flights which are situated in the international and domestic departure zones of the airport. In cozy VIP lounges separate check-in desks, points of boundary and customs control, and preflight formalities are represented.
In magnificent interiors of VIP lounges the various sorts of drinks and bar snack, an extensive choice of press and means of communication are presented. In a VIP lounge for domestic flights there is an ATM.
Separate parking which are located near entrances of VIP-lounges are intended for passenger’s personal transport.

Terminal F

In the Terminal F the arrival VIP lounge is located on the 3rd floor, and the departure VIP lounge is located on the 2nd floor (a departure zone). In comfortable VIP lounges separate check-in desks, points of boundary and customs control, and preflight formalities are represented.
In magnificent interiors of VIP lounges the various sorts of drinks and bar snack, an extensive choice of press and means of communication are represented. In each of VIP lounges ATMs are established. In a departure lounge also there is a smoking room and a gift shop.

VIP Lounges at Domodedovo Airport

The VIP lounge is located in the left part of air terminal of the airport.
Cozy and comfortable VIP lounge is equipped with a conference hall, payphone devices which payment is made on telephone cards. It is also possible to use free of charge services of the Internet. In the VIP lounge there is a shop of souvenirs and gifts with the wide range of exclusive production, and also restaurant of the European and Russian menu. For passenger’s convenience in the lounge the ATM is established.
There are seven meeting rooms with capacity 6 and 10 people which are equipped with liquid crystal TVs and DVD players, and an audio systems function in the VIP lounge.
For passenger’s personal transport the special VIP-parking is provided.

VIP Lounges at Vnukovo Airport

The VIP lounge is located separately from other premises of air terminal of the airport.
The cozy and comfortable VIP lounge is equipped with the TV and a bar with the various sorts of drinks and dishes. In the lounge there is a possibility to use a telephone, copier and fax. For passenger’s convenience in the VIP lounge the ATM is established. Also in the VIP lounge there is a meeting room.
For passenger’s personal transport a special free VIP-parking in a regime zone is provided.
