Procedure for VIP service on arrival

Personal Assistant greets passengers on the plane with a name plate, and then delivers them to the CIP Terminal on a separate premium transport. Passport and visa formalities settles by staff, while you rest after the flight in a comfortable room.  Employees take care about luggage.

The passengers are invited to:

• Food and drink: light snacks, soft drinks and alcoholic beverages,
• Wi-fi

After completion of all formalities, the staff spends CIP Terminal passengers to the exit, where they are greeted by the driver.

Procedure for VIP service at departure

Upon entering the CIP Terminal passengers meet personal assistant, which helps to pass the inspection of luggage and carry-on baggage, and then accompany the passengers to special reception and passport control. After going through all the formalities of passengers was escorted into a comfortable waiting room, where they are placed before the announcement of the boarding. 

The passengers are invited to:

• Food and drink: light snacks, soft drinks and alcoholic beverages,
• Nursery for babies
• Children's play room,
• Wi-fi

If necessary, staff CIP Terminal will help passengers make purchases at the store Duty Free.
